What types of tiny homes does HearthBuilt Homes offer?
HearthBuilt Homes currently offers two models: the G1 Tiny Cabin (193.75 sq. ft.) and the G2 Space Capsule (37.72 ft × 10.82 ft × 10.82 ft). Both models are factory-built, fully customizable, and delivered to your site anywhere in North America.
What are HearthBuilt tiny homes used for?
Our tiny homes serve five primary applications: mobile/primary residences, vacation and scenic-view cabins, Airbnb and short-term rentals, campground and rental properties, and backyard accessory dwelling units (ADUs).
Are your tiny homes built to code?
Yes. Every HearthBuilt home complies with U.S. formal residential housing safety and quality standards — not the lower thresholds typically applied to manufactured or mobile homes.
What insulation standard do you use?
Our homes use PHI-rated insulation across walls, windows, and glass sliding doors. This standard is rated to perform in climates ranging from Key West, Florida to Prudhoe Bay, Alaska.
Can I customize the interior layout?
Yes. Interior layouts are fully customizable. You can select frame materials, insulation standards, exterior and interior designs, appliances, and additional features like sunrooms and ERV systems.
Do you offer OEM and ODM manufacturing?
Yes. OEM means we build our designs under your brand. ODM means we build your custom designs on our modular platform. Both options are available with full compliance to U.S. residential standards.
Where do you deliver?
We provide door-to-door dropship delivery anywhere in North America. International customers are also welcome — contact us for shipping details.
How long does production take?
Production timelines vary based on your customization selections. After confirming your order, you’ll receive an estimated production timeline and can track progress through completion.
SPC Flooring & Bulk Supply
What is SPC flooring?
SPC stands for Stone Polymer Composite. It’s a 100% waterproof, rigid-core flooring that uses a Unilin click-lock system for fast, floating installation without glue or nails. SPC is more durable, water-resistant, and cost-effective than traditional hardwood flooring.
Who can buy bulk SPC from HearthBuilt Homes?
We supply real estate investors, general contractors, property managers, and developers. Our minimum order quantity is 5,382 sq. ft. per color/pattern, and mixed SKUs are permitted within a single container.
What certifications does your SPC flooring carry?
Our SPC products are FloorScore certified, Greenguard Gold certified, and UL2818 compliant.
What are your SPC pricing terms?
Delivered pricing ranges from $2.09/sq.ft (5mm–20mil) to $2.70/sq.ft (8mm–30mil). Pricing is subject to freight and tariff conditions. Final quotes are issued after confirming project location, quantity, and timeline.
Do you supply other construction materials?
Currently, SPC flooring is our flagship bulk-supply material. High-performance insulation, structural framing, and interior finish packages are entering the bulk-supply pipeline. Join our waitlist to be notified when new materials become available.

How do I get a quote?

What are your payment terms?
For bulk SPC orders: 50% deposit required, with the balance due before delivery. For tiny home orders: payment terms are confirmed during the configuration process.
Is third-party quality inspection available?
Yes. For both tiny homes and bulk SPC orders, third-party QC inspection is available on request.
