Ordering a HearthBuilt home is designed to be transparent and hands-on. You choose every detail through a guided process, see real-time pricing as you customize, and track production through delivery.
The 6-Step Process
Start by selecting either the G1 Tiny Cabin or G2 Space Capsule as your base. Each model is a proven, modular framework that adapts to your specific needs.
Make your selections through our guided configuration process:
- Construction frame materials (steel, wood, hybrid)
- Insulation standard (Standard, Enhanced, PHI Maximum)
- Exterior design and materials
- Interior layout, flooring, wall finishes, and cabinetry
- Appliances (kitchen, bathroom, laundry — optional)
- Additional features (sunroom, ERV system, solar prep, smart wiring)
See a visual summary of your completed selections alongside a transparent price breakdown. No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons. The price you see includes materials, production, and standard delivery.
Once you confirm your order and payment terms, your home enters production. Track progress in real time — see estimated production time and milestones
Before your home ships, a quality inspection is conducted. Third-party QC inspection is available on request for additional assurance.
Your completed home is shipped door-to-door via dropship delivery to your site anywhere in North America. International customers are also welcome.
